Willy Chavarria accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
